Corporate Diwali gifting helps businesses appreciate employees, thank clients, and strengthen relationships with business partners. However, arranging gifts in bulk takes more than choosing attractive hampers. Companies also need to consider gift prices, product quality, customisation, and delivery timelines.
Selecting the right corporate Diwali gifting company can make the process easier. Here are seven things to check before placing your order.
Choose a Company That Understands Your Needs
Some people will have a preference for what they want in their gifts. Your employees may enjoy something practical or festive in their gift. While clients may enjoy having a luxury gift box.
Before looking into any options it is important to choose a company who understand the recipient, your budget, and who can help you with your gifting requirements. This means you can choose thoughtful gifts for your employees, rather than everyone receiving the same thing.
Check Your Budget and Gift Prices
When ordering in bulk you need to think about how much each gift will cost you. This may include packaging, branding, personalisation and delivery costs.
Ask for a clear breakdown of the cost of the products along with any hidden costs and taxes. If you choose a good gifting partner they will be able to help you compare the different options available for you at different price points.
Look at the Gift Options Available
A good Corporate Diwali gifting company will have a variety of options to choose from. This could include dry fruits, sweet treats, festive gift boxes, tech accessories, office supplies, lifestyle items, and branded items.
Ensure that the company can produce gift sets based on your requirements. By mixing practical items with festive items, you can ensure they create value for your recipients.
Check Bulk Order and Delivery Services
Managing multiple gifts can be a complex process. It is important to know what they can offer in terms of availability, deadlines, packaging, and delivery dates.
If you have clients and employees across different locations in India, it is important to know if they can offer support across multiple locations.
Make Sure the Gifts Are Good Quality
Ensure they are providing the correct items and packaging as approved. Before ordering a large amount ask if they have quality checks in place. If possible look at samples or packaging designs.
If you are ordering food hampers ensure there are no issues with the expiry dates or packaging. If they are branded items ensure the design, logo placement, and item specifics are correct. This can help avoid any errors when ordering in bulk.
Check How the Company Manages Orders
Bulk gifting can involve many steps. Choosing a company who has a clear process in place and a dedicated contact can help. Ask how they keep you updated, make changes, and manage any delivery issues.
This can help your team stay on top of the order without having to chase up multiple times.
Choose a Company You Can Trust
Before selecting a company, ensure they have the experience, history, range of products and can manage bulk orders. Ask if they have done any corporate gifting before. How do they manage bespoke requests?
Choose a gifting partner who will listen to your requirements. Choose a company that can provide clear pricing and recommend the best options for you. They won’t try to sell you items outside your budget.
Why Choosing the Right Gifting Company Matters
Choosing the correct diwali gifting partner can make choosing items, pricing, packaging, and managing the delivery easier. This will save your HR team, admin staff and marketing team a lot of time.
The right gifting partners can offer a wide range of corporate gift options. Whether it is for your clients, employees, or for festive occasions. Businesses can share their budget, branding, and delivery requirements for us to find the best options suitable according to their vision.
Things to Check Before Placing Your Order
Before confirming your order, ensure:
- You know how many gifts you want and who they are going to.
- You know the full cost, including any extra costs.
- Products, packaging, and branding have been approved.
- Order and delivery dates have been confirmed.
- Delivery details have been provided correctly for all locations.
By starting early, you can spend more time comparing gifts, approving designs, and organising deliveries.
Conclusion
Whether you want to give your employees festive hampers or bespoke gifts to your clients and business partners, by planning, you can make bulk gifting easier. A good corporate gifting company can help you choose the best corporate gifting options based on your budget, branding, and delivery requirements.
